We are seeking new Associates with the following assets:

  1. a Bachelors Degree or above
  2. trustworthy, with moral character and a business-professional manner
  3. teachable, respectful, and supportive to others at all times

Associates enter a twenty-six week training program – working
directly with a Partner of the firm – to learn all aspects of:

  • new business development (national/international)
  • administration of and securing existing business
  • strategic development of professional competence
  • reviewing performance and identifying improvements
  • daily time-blocking
  • mutual accountability

Associates are first compensated on business they personally bring to and develop within the firm, and thereafter on business generated by the firm.

With satisfactory performance, the following promotion track may apply:

  • Associate promoted to Senior Associate
  • Senior Associate promoted to Associate Managing Director
  • Associate Managing Director promoted to Managing Director
  • Managing Director promoted to Dept. Head
  • Dept. Head promoted to President
  • President promoted to Managing Partner
